Gluten-free pizza in Palma
Yes. Every pizza can be ordered with a gluten-free base for a supplement of €5. We're at Plaça Alexandre Jaume, 8, in the centre of Palma, and you can have it here, take it away or get it delivered.
Important if you have coeliac disease
In the words of our own menu, our gluten-free base is "only suitable for gluten intolerance". If you have diagnosed coeliac disease, please call us before you come on +34 871 610 637 and we'll explain exactly how we prepare the dough, so you can decide with all the information.
Which pizzas are available gluten-free?
The whole menu. There's no separate list: any pizza from our Pizze Classiche, In Alternativa or Pizze Gourmet sections can be made with a gluten-free base. Just tell us when you order.
What about vegan options?
Yes, those too. Any pizza can be made with vegan mozzarella for a supplement of €3.50, and it can be combined with the gluten-free base. A large part of the menu is vegetarian to begin with.
